All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations. This rule applies to all pre-orders as well. Please be 516% sure before placing an order. Read over any item descriptions, dimensions, and grading guides carefully before purchasing.

✦ PROCESSING TIMES
It usually takes 3-5 days to pack, ship, and fulfill your orders. Orders will be dropped off every Monday. For pre-order items, please refer to the shipping details in the product description.
✦ SHIPPING METHOD
All international orders will be shipped via PHLPost. By default, all packages will be mailed via Standard Shipping which includes tracking.
If you wish to use another shipping method such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can assist you.

Due to the pandemic, the following international countries are where we currently only ship to:

Zone 2: Australia, Bahrain, Cyprus, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Port Moresby, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE
Zone 3: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Guam, Hawaii, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA
Zone 4: Brazil, Bulgaria, Columbia, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa
✦ SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost ranges from 260-360 PHP for the first item, and additional 260-360 PHP for each additional item. This varies from country to country, and will be calculated upon checkout.
✦ DELIVERY TIMES
International orders shipped via PHLPost typically take between 2-3 weeks to be delivered. However, please allow up to 6 weeks from the date of the shipment for your orders to arrive before contacting us.
If 6 weeks had already passed and you haven’t received your package yet, check if the address you provided is correct. Check also if your package was received by a neighbor or a family member. If you still can’t locate it, contact your local post office first to see if they have any information regarding your package before contacting us.
✦ TAXES AND FEES
We are not responsible for any customs, fees, VAT, taxes, or import duties associated with outgoing orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional fees that their country may ask for. Please be aware of your country's fees and import policies before placing an order. For more information, kindly contact your local customs office.
✦ PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are a way for customers to help fund the production of an item. During this period, customers can purchase a certain product that hasn’t been released or is not currently in stock in a discounted price. The customers’ funds go into making the item, and therefore, cannot be refunded.
If you purchase a pre-order, please expect to wait the specified timeframe. Pre-order period is usually 2 weeks or until all slots are filled. Pre-order items will then take between 4-6 weeks or more to produce and ship out.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your other items will be held until pre-order items arrive and will be shipped together. If you wish for your in-stock orders to be shipped ASAP, please check them out separately.
